Starting his business in 1966, Michael Chipperfield's passion for philately started earlier. He was fortunate to meet many of the world’s great stamp dealers in the early years, most of whom became good friends. It became apparent that the three main ingredients to their success were knowledge of their subject, quality of their material and, above all, a passion for what they were selling. Michael adopted the same principles, which are still his objectives. Michael's collection is primarily built from Great Britain stamps and is probably the finest in the world, but he also stocks fine and rare items from other countries. He has helped many clients build their private collections and assisted others with their award-winning exhibits at international level.
